Cards-X UK's preferred courier would be UPS as standard for delivery to our customers, but dependent on the size of your order, your location, and many other factors, we might choose another courier that is the cheapest one possible for your order.

Shipping charges are determined by your actual delivery address location & the type of service delivery type you select. Entering the correct postcode is your responsibility.
For shipment within the UK, actual shipping charges are available upfront: simply register on our website, add the required products to your shopping basket. No other information is required. The total charge for your order will be shown in your shopping basket
All products that are in stock, and ordered before 12 pm that day are normally delivered to our customers the next working day. If the product is out of stock, one of our customer service team members will contact you and let you know when the product will be available to dispatch to you.
If you are ordering printed/bespoke/custom products, delivery will be next working day when the products have been manufactured. The lead time for printed products can vary, but you will be emailed with an estimated delivery date, and then an actual delivery date once the goods are available to send to you. If you need the goods sooner than the dates supplied, please contact us directly, and we will try to help as much as possible.
If you should want to return goods to Cards-X UK Ltd that your have purchased, you are claiming that the goods are defective or faulty. Once returned, we will examine the products and will notify you by telephone or email of your refund status. Please give us up to 5 working days for this process to take place. We will acknowledge the receipt of the returned goods.
The refund usually takes up to 30 days from receipt of the faulty goods back with us, and confirmation of products defectiveness.
Goods return and are found to be defective, or faulty will receive 100% refund from Cards-X UK Ltd, this also includes the delivery costs incurred when the product was shipped out to you, when you placed the order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the defective goods, at their cost.
All non faulty or defective goods may be refunded, depending on if they are in a resalable condition when they are returned from the customer. This is at the discretion of the company if they are resalable.
Any goods returned after 7 days will not be entitled to a refund whatsoever.
If you have ordered bespoke/personalised/custom printed goods, then usually there is an approval stage before the products are sent for mass production, therefore we are not entitled to give a refund on these products whatsoever.
